Have you found a Shopspot™ item you really must have? Great! Now select a colour and/or size and click on 'add to cart'. Of course you can carry on shopping, you can always return to your shopping bag by clicking on the 'shopping bag icon' at the top right. Please note that items in your shopping bag do not mean they have been reserved. Have you finished shopping? Then it's time to complete your order. Click on the 'shopping bag icon' at the top right to go to your Shopspot™ items. In the next screen, you can adjust the quantities if necessary. Then click the 'Proceed to checkout' button. This will take you to the check-out page. Here you can easily fill in all your details on one page. Please note: Once you have completed your order, you can no longer change it, as it will be processed immediately so that you can receive it as soon as possible.
What are the shipping costs?
Shopspot™ takes care of the shipping costs. You do not pay any shipping costs. * You do have to pay the shipping costs to return your article.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes, we send all your items with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order status page, the link to which you will receive by e-mail as soon as your order has been dispatched. It can sometimes take a while before the Track & Trace status is available. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES? Shopspot™ aims for fast delivery of products. If you place an order before 15:00 on working days, we aim to process your order the same day. We ship many of our items directly through our suppliers. Therefore, the average delivery time is 10 - 15 working days.
Not at home during delivery, What do I do?
If your parcel cannot be delivered, it will be waiting for you for 7 days at the postal service's location. You will also receive a notification about this from the driver, which will also state the pick-up location. After these 7 days, the postal service will send the shipment back to our warehouse.
Wrong address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
Lost or stolen parcel
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Should it be the case that your Track & Trace indicates that your parcel has been delivered to your address - but you still have not received your order - please report this, 14 days after the indicated delivery date an investigation will be started by the postal service, we will keep you informed about this until the investigation ends.
